What We Provide
Full Exterior House Wash
Do you have dirt, grime, mold and algae on your home? Make your home look new again! JMS Pressure Washing uses a technique called “Soft Washing” to clean the exterior surfaces of your home. When thinking about having your property cleaned, it is good to know the difference between “Soft Washing” and “Pressure Washing”. Soft washing and pressure washing are both effective ways to wash your home’s exterior. However, they achieve that in very different ways.
Pressure washing uses highly pressurized water to forcefully remove any dirt or grime from the surface that it comes in contact with. This is very effective, but it does pose some risk of damage to your property. Pressure washing should only be used on hard surfaces such as concrete, stone, driveways, patios and walkways.
Soft Washing is a technique that uses much less pressure and relies mostly on chemical application to clean your home. These biodegradable chemicals are safe for both your home and the environment. Soft washing should be used when cleaning vinyl siding and other softer/fragile surfaces.
Quick Wash
Does your house have a little dirt and dust on it? Maybe from a nearby construction project, farming activities, storm, etc.? A Quick Wash is just how it sounds. No chemicals are used and it simply is just rinsing down your home’s exterior surface using water and low pressure to get light debris off. This service is not recommended if your home has algae, mold, or a considerable amount of dirt and grime. If it does, then a full house wash is recommended. Not sure? Gutter Cleaning

Service includes removal of all gutter debris, gutters and downspouts fully flushed, and full inspection of gutter system to make sure they are working properly. If we notice any damage or alarming problems, we will help you get in contact with the right gutter professionals to fix it. Note that this gutter cleaning service is only for one story homes.
